Selina Rifkin, L.M.T., M.S. is a graduate of Temple University and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. In 1998 she graduated from the Downeast School of Massage in Maine where she specialized in sports massage. Since then, she has studied Active Isolated Stretching, and Cranio-Sacral therapy. She has published articles in Massage Therapy Journal, been a health columnist for the Harpswell Anchor, and published The Referral Guide for Complementary Care, a book that describes 25 different healing modalities. She is licensed as a massage therapist in both Maine and Connecticut. In 2006 she completed her Master’s program in Nutrition through Westbrook University with a focus on traditional foods, and the work of Weston A. Price. In 2007, she achieved her Master level in Reiki. She believes in a holistic approach to healing and is happy to be able to offer her clients a personalized approach that addresses individual needs.
