Life is a thrilling trek that changes based on choices, most interesting with pen-in-hand. I started my adult journey as a beach bar-tender, worked my way up to bar-manager. I changed gears and traveled through Japan with a dance company, switched it up once again to directing and choreographing high school musicals and coaching the dance team on the side. I meandered away, earning a masters degree in counseling, took up scuba and sky-diving, and became a minister. I have published one e-book here on Book-bub entitled, Conquer the Quicksand of Depression & Anxiety. I have also published several articles and quite a few workbooks on emotional health. I facilitate Bible studies in my community and I am an health-education and inspirational speaker.
