INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: International orders will take longer to process and ship. Customers are responsible for any taxes or customs. Currently I will not be shipping to the United Kingdom due to VAT. LOST PACKAGES/MAIL THEFT: Customers are responsible for tracking and retrieving their package(s) in a timely manner. I cannot refund you for any stolen or lost packages if your package was considered "Delivered," by the postal carrier and you are unable to locate it afterwards. If you live in an apartment complex or have suspicions of mail theft, please consider having your package(s) delivered to a more secure location. RETURNS: Due to the nature of my items, there will be NO returns on any items (both physical and digital/PDF downloads) unless package and contents were damaged. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. DAMAGED MERCHANDISE: If you received an item that was damaged during shipping, please email me as soon as possible and include a photograph as proof.
