McKay was born in Salt Lake City, Utah and graduated from London's Camberwell College of Art in 2016. Now based in Los Angeles, McKay's illustration career has led him to collaborations with the likes of NBC Universal, Flying Lotus, Knxwledge, Thundercat, Little Simz and Gorillaz. You can see his work exhibiting internationally beginning at the Victoria & Albert Museum in summer 2020.
